License access
Organizations are required to have at least one person who has achieved the Visier Analytic Model Developer qualification to use the Developer capabilities. If a Visier Analytic Model Developer leaves an organization, an alternate representative of the organization must gain their Visier Analytic Model Developer qualification for the organization to continue to use the Visier Analytic Model Developer capabilities.
Ongoing support
Customers and partners who are qualified receive access to additional self-service capabilities and support.
Whether you need advice, help, or you’ve spotted an issue, we’re here to help. You can submit a case to the Technical Support team through the dedicated Visier Analytic Model Developer support queue or connect with other developers and ask questions on the Visier Analytic Model Developer Forum.
Limitations and assumptions
Organizations must renew the license annually. If the licensed user moves to a new role, the organization must enroll a new user in the program. The new user will need to complete the training at a separate cost.
